FULL DESIGN AND INSTALLATION SERVICE
In many cases, we will paint, and if needed, provide vinyl floor tile. We can also provide a one-time decorating allowance to be used at the discretion of the owner or manager.
CUSTOMIZED CONTRACTS
We install and service all equipment and keep it in good working order at all times. A typical contract lasts eight years, and cycle pricing is based on your needs.

MEETING RESIDENTS' NEEDS
Smart cards are distributed to residents when the contract starts, and new residents can get a card from building staff or through our website. Instructions on using smart cards as well as refunds and service calls are available by phone or online. Value can be added to Smart cards on-site or online.
SMART CARDS MAKE DOING LAUNDRY EASIER
No more worries about carrying cash to the laundry room. Put money on your smart card right now using a credit card and add value to your card using the Value Adder machine in your laundry room.

Smart Cards can be revalued using the phone or internet and the Coded Value Adder in the laundry room. This eliminates the need for property managers to collect coins, and protects against theft and vandalism.

I encountered a problem with one of the washers in my building which stopped in the middle of the cycle and would not restart. I called the 800 number on a Saturday night about 9PM. The customer service people were very friendly, they suggested some things to try and then contacted a service rep who called me back within 15 minutes. He told me how to get the machine open and then called me back to be sure I was able to get my clothes out of the washer. The following morning (Sunday) someone called me to be sure the problem was resolved and assured me I would be refunded for the additional use of the machine. While I was frustrated that I spent most of my Saturday night fiddling with washing machines, your customer service department did everything they could to help and I was pleasantly surprised. So often these days customer service leaves a lot to be desired, but these folks did their job well. I wanted to thank you and them for their help.
