More than 50 years ago, Rosario Amato came to America from a small town in Italy. With him he brought his trade of being a master bricklayer. He passed that trade on to his son Vittorio Amato Sr. In the early years, he brought his Sons Vittorio Jr. and Vinny into his business; teaching them the craft and the meaning of hard work and customer satisfaction. They started Vittorio Amato and Sons. In 1980 father and sons started Triple V contracting.
After 30 years, it was time to bring the fourth generation into the business. The elder son Victor Jr. started Amato Quality Construction with his son Victor the 3rd. The duo have fine tuned what they learned from the elder Vittorio to become THE most sought after true master bricklayers in the New York and New Jersey areas. They have consistently demonstrated top- notch quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
After four generations, Amato Quality Construction is known for their quality work and the highest standard of customer satisfaction. They have fine tuned their trade to meet the highest standard of brick work, concrete work and all-over mason craftsmanship.
During the last decade, Amato Quality Construction has broadened their scope to become the leaders in the resurgence and construction of brick coal burning ovens and wood burning ovens (thanks to the design of the original oven by great-grand father Rosario Amato). This design is sought after by the finest restaurants in New York City, including Da Nico of little Italy, Lambardi (the great grandfather of pizza), Totonno's, Zito Bakery, John's of Bleeker Street and Johns off of Broadway.
