Since its inception in 1995, E.L. Contracting, has been providing professional construction services to the architectural and interior design community of New York City with a special emphasis on Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Past projects include brownstone gut renovations, Manhattan hi-rise apartment and loft renovations, restaurant and corporate interiors. E.L. Contracting takes its name from the founder, Eran Lotzky, whose varied background includes working on feature films in his native Israel. A New Yorker since 1993, Mr. Lotzky prides himself on providing professional service with a focus on details that are important to both the designer and the client.
