Our Services
- Contract Preparation and Negotiation - We make sure you're protected financially, and legally in the Contract of Sale.
- Mortgage Advice - Our attorneys will explain, in an easy to understand way, what you can expect to pay and what you NEED to know about the mortgage you are applying for.
- Inspection - Our attorneys use inspection reports to make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing before the date of closing.
- Title - Simply put, we make sure the Title you are receiving is "good and marketable".
- Closing - We contact the bank, the seller, the title company (if required) to make sure everyone agrees upon the place and time.
- Closing Statement - After the closing, our office will send you a Closing Statement detailing all of the financial aspects of the closing and copies of the documents executed at the closing.
